No Returns on Personalized Items:
All personalized or custom-made products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please ensure that all customization details (such as names, dates, and design choices) are correct before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping or contains a manufacturing defect, we ask that you notify us within 15 days from the date you received the merchandise. After this period, we are unable to accept claims for shipping damage or production defects.
Inspection Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect the shipment upon receipt. Please check the package and product for any visible damage or defects. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately.
How to Report Shipping Damage or Production Defects

- Take clear photos of the damaged or defective product, as well as the packaging.
- Send an email to contact@inksplashpromos.com within 15 days of receipt with the subject line "Damaged/Defective Product Report."
- Include your order number, a detailed description of the damage or defect, and the photos of the issue.
Once we receive your claim, we will review it and work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
Refund or Replacement
If we determine that the product is indeed damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
